Going on like Rezzett with a thang for the afters, they’re like a pair of mucky sponges who’ve soaked up a wealth of influence from Manchester’s record bins and dances, wring themselves out in a pungent, acridly fermented sort of psych-dub-funk and punkish soul.

It all comes to a head on the 16 minute madness ’Donny Dome’; an extended session of smoked-out tempo changes, stabs and loose-limbed drums which is weirdly giving us a very vivid flashback to cycling up the yew tree road in the late 90’s listening to black secret technology, weeping."
